(Fallston, MD) Whether you're interested in fun, fitness or competition, come dip your toes into the world of dance on Saturday, July 31 when SwingTime Ballroom in Fallston joins with studios across the country to celebrate National Dance Day.

National Dance Day is a grassroots initiative to encourage people of all ages, interests and abilities to get moving through dance. SwingTime Ballroom - home to the area's widest range of dance fitness and DanceSport training - is getting into the spirit of the event with activities for all ages all day long. Take a look at the schedule:

·         9:00: Kick off National Dance Day with a Zumba dance fitness class for only $7

·         10:00 on: Treat yourself to new dancewear with 10% off everything in our retail center

·         12:00: Introduce the kids to the magic of movement with a Free Kids Ballroom Class (parents are welcome, too)

·         1:00: Set your inner swinger free with a Free Swing Dance Lesson

·         2:00: Learn to shake it like Shakira with a Free Belly Dancing Class including a demo in full costume by the instructor

·         6:00 to 11:00: Get up and get your groove on with a Free Open Social Dance.
